Slovak and Polish operators of the natural gas transmission network are preparing the open season in late July or the beginning of August.
The company Eustream and the Polish operator of the gas transmission network Gaz-System are preparing the steps for the announcement of the binding procedure – open season – for a planned Polish-Slovak interconnection of gas networks. „The aim of the open season, whose launch is expected in late July or the beginning of August, is the allocation and sale of future transport capacities of the planned pipeline,“ a spokesman for Eustream, Pavol Kubik, informed the portal vEnergetike.sk. Currently, the preparation of the rules for the open season is being finished.
