Slovak households will see their gas bills go down. The Regulatory Office for Network Industries (URSO) has started the price process on its own initiative. „We are responding to the current development of gas prices on the European market, as well as their future development,“ said a spokesman for the Regulatory Authority, Radoslav Igaz. The regulator has not yet specified how much gas prices will decrease. „We will specify the price reduction after completing the price process,“ added Igaz.
