Italian company Enel rejected to specify the number of bindings bids it received for its 66-percent stake in Slovenske Elektrarne. Enel’s CEO Francesco Starace only confirmed that the company had received some offers. „We have received binding bids. We confirm our commitment to sell our assets,“ Starace informed after the end of the sale process. After receiving the bids, Italian investor did not rule out that the company may stay in Slovenske Elektrarne even after the end of the sale process.
