The company Nafta has become a majority 65-percent owner of Pozagasa.
The shareholder structure in the company Pozagas which specialises in gas storage has changed. A 30-percent French shareholder GDF International is leaving the company after its share was taken over by the company Nafta. Nafta will thus become a 65-percent shareholder under the valid decision issued by the Antitrust Office. The remaining 35-percent share in the company remains in the hands of SPP Infrastructure. The state-owned Slovensky Plynarensky Priemysel holds a 51-percent share in the company SPP Infrastructure. The remaining shares are controlled by Energeticky a Prumyslový Holding (EPH). SPP Infrastructure is a majority 56.15-percent shareholder in Nafta. The minority shareholder is the company Czech Gas Holding Investment.
