The company Bratislavska Teplarenska is waiting for the court’s decision on objections. The company objects to the limitation period of a majority of Paroplyn Holdings Limited’s claim.
The endless trial over tens of millions of euros between companies Bratislavska Teplarenska and Paroplyn Holdings Limited is far from its end. Although the Cypriot company, which is the part of Penta’s portfolio, has already received the valid court’s verdict which stating that Bratislavska Teplarenska is obliged to pay 29 million euros to Bratislava-based Paroplynovy Cyklus, the company is still trying to make a turnaround in this matter. Companies are currently not in talks on a possible repayment schedule. Bratislavska Teplarenska, fully owned by the state, wants to rely on the limitation period. „At the moment, we are not negotiating with Paroplyn Holdings Limited, since we are waiting for the court’s decision on objections. We are objecting to the limitation period of a majority of Paroplyn Holdings Limited’s claim,“ a spokeswoman for Bratislavska Teplarenska, Jarmila Galandakova, stated.
