The Regulatory Office for Network Industries ordered heating companies to return 4.396 million euros to consumers for the year 2015.
It is common for energy companies to charge different prices for energy deliveries plies. Last year, however, the Regulatory Office for Network Industries (URSO) unveiled the enormous increase in such practices.
