Josef Viskupic, Eduard Heger (both OLaNO-NOVA) and Karol Galek (SaS) proposed so that large heat producers were not allowed to participate in the construction proceeding for the construction of residential boiler rooms.
The position of large heating plants in the planning permission for construction of residential boiler room remains unchanged. The Parliament has not moved the amendment draft to the Act on Thermal Energy proposed by opposition MPs Josef Viskupic, Eduard Heger (both OLaNO-NOVA) and Karol Galek (SaS) to the second reading. They proposed so that large heat producers were not allowed to participate in the construction proceeding for the construction of residential boiler rooms. Opposition MPs have failed for the fourth time to push through changes in the Act on Thermal Energy. They attempted this three times during the former single-party government (Smer-SD).
