Slovenske Elektrane has asked Hornonitrianske bane Prievidza to end operational testing.
Testing of devices at the third block of the power plant Novaky is likely to come to an end. Slovenske Elektrarne has decided to ask the mining company Hornonitrianske Bane Prievidza to finish the operational testing. „Following the announcement of the District Office Trencin on the beginning of the implementation of the action plan aimed at improving the air quality for the Prievidza district, we have decided to ask the company Hornonitrianske Bane Prievidza to end the operational testing of the substitute combustion unit at the power plant Novaky as soon as possible in order to contribute to an improvement in this territory,“ Slovenske Elektrarne informed.
