Prime Minister Robert Fico says that Italian company Enel will not run from Slovakia so easily. He says that Italians should boost their Italian brains and complete Mochvoce project.
The Slovak government will boycott the sale of a 66 percent stake in Slovenske Elektrarne. Prime Minister Robert Fico warned Italian company Enel to give up the sale of its 66 percent stake in the power utility unless it fulfils all the obligations towards the Slovak Republic. „I do no request, but I strongly warn the Italian company Enel that if it decides to sell its shares of Slovenske Elektrarne, it will not escape from its responsibilities so easily. They must complete the third and fourth block in Mochovce, so they should be so kind and boost their Italian brains to finish the project. Then they should consider the future of Slovenske Elektrarne,“ Fico said at Friday’s press conference.
