The investment fund Avant Energy, which is part of the Avant Group, whose majority owner is the Czech financial group Natland Group, has become the new owner of Paroplynovy Cyklus Bratislava.
Levice-based company Istroenergo has sold Paroplynovy Cyklus Bratislava to the investment fund Avant Energy which is part of the Avant Group, whose majority owner is the Czech financial group Natland Group. „This investment is a solid cornerstone on which we will build an investment strategy aimed at the renewables,“ the founder and partner of the Natland Group, Tomas Raska, informed the portal vEnergetike.sk. The chairman of Avant’s board of directors, Pavel Dolezal, refused to reveal the value of this transaction. „We will not reveal the price,“ he said. He did not rule out further investments in the Slovak energy sector. „So far, however, we have no planned investment,“ Dolezal added.
