Daily gas deliveries via the reverse Vojany-Uzhgorod gas pipeline are reaching approximately 26 million cubic meters.
Ukraina has been slowly increasing gas deliveries from Slovakia with the approaching winter. While at the end of July, the daily deliveries of natural gas to Ukraine reached around 23 million cubic meters via the reverse Vojany Uzhgorod gas pipeline, today it is approximately 26 million cubic meters. The data published by Slovak natural gas carrier Eustream showed that the pipeline transported on average 24 million cubic meters of natural gas a day in August. The highest gas volumes are transported by Eustream via the main gas pipeline Bratstvo (Brotherhood) which leads from Russia via Ukraine to Slovakia and to West Europe. In summer, daily gas deliveries to Slovakia reached 90 million cubic meters, in September it was almost 200 million cubic meters.
