Prime Minister has recently told Italians to start using their brains. Last week, they managed to start using at least one.
Last week, the power utility Slovenske Elektrarne invited journalists to show them the third nuclear block in Mochovce. It looked nice, we even had to put on white shoe covers to keep the place spotless. Slovenske Elektrarne presented the third nuclear block on the occasion of the official launch of its control room from where all activities are controlled and monitored. Slovenske Elektrarne calls it the brain of the block. Italians have thus managed to fulfil Prime Minister’s pledge in spring so they start using their Italian brains and complete delayed construction of new nuclear blocks. Sarcastically it can be said that Italians have eventually started using at least one brain. Slovenske Elektrarne is convinced that first kilowatts of electricity generated in the third block will be delivered to the grid at the end of 2016, or at the beginning of 2017.
