ZILINA, August 14, (WEBNOVINY) – The plant of the Kia carmaker near Zilina is considering launching a third working shift. This would mean thousands of new jobs not only in the Zilina district, but in other regions, too. Spokesman of Kia Motors Slovakia Dusan Dvorak reported to SITA news agency that the final decision on launching the third shift would be made in the fall, depending on the situation on the market. If the brand continues to do well, a three-shift operation in Slovakia could start next year.
