BRATISLAVA, December 23, (WEBNOVINY) — The Finance Ministry has published four more calls for national projects of informatization in the overall value of a maximum of EUR 58.7 million including VAT. Written calls concern projects in the first priority axis of the Operational Project Informatization of Society (OPIS) focused on electronization of the public administration and development of electronic services. Together eight calls have thus been announced within the first OPIS axis. Closing date for the ongoing written calls is March 21 of next year.
The first call concerns the project of electronization of processes of the Building Code and Land-use Planning. The Finance Ministry has allocated a maximum sum of EUR 11.7 million for this call. The project includes construction of a unified integrated information system aimed at enhancing construction-related proceedings and securing application of electronic services in these proceedings.
The second released call involves the project of electronic services of the social security provider Socialna Poistovna with allocated EUR 34 million. Project’s main target is to transpose services related to social insurance to the electronic environment and secure technologic infrastructure for secure and reliable operation of electronic services. The social insurance system should also lock onto the program of unified collection of taxes, customs duties, and payroll levies (UNITAS). The third call regards the project aimed at electronization of services of the Constitutional Court with earmarked sources in the volume of EUR 3.5 million. Project’s main goal is to speed up proceedings of the Constitutional Court and boost accessibility to information on the proceedings. The project should also decrease procrastination at trials and thus cut the sum that the state pays as awarded financial compensation.
The last call relates to the national project of electronic collection of laws in maximum value of EUR 9.5 million. The main goal of the project is authorization of texts of legal norms in electronic form. An information system and gradual implementation of obligatory character of the electronic form via e-legislation. The project also counts on establishment of the information system eZbierka [eCollection] that will be a source of the effective laws for all groups of addressees of the law and an e-Legislation system that will provide lawmakers with more effective tools for creation of content and management of life cycles of legal regulations.
