Nominations for natural gas transport from Slovakia to Ukraine exceeded 10 million cubic meters on April 20. Ukrainians started actively filling their gas reservoirs.
Ukraine has been increasing natural gas imports via Slovakia over the past days. According to the data provided by the Slovak carrier Eustream, nominations for natural gas transport to Ukraine exceeded 10 million cubic meters on April 20, while only 5.8 million cubic meters was transported through the reversed flow in Budince on April 18. In early April, daily natural gas deliveries to Ukraine stood at a little over 1 million cubic meters. Ukraine started supplementing their gas reservoirs a little closer to the beginning of the year also this year. Last year it was in May and in 2016 at the end of July.
