Ukraine has appealed to the European Union over an agreement between Slovak gas carrier Eustream and Russia’s Gazprom, which, according to Kiev violates EU law.
Ukraine’s complaint over the transport contract between Eustream and the company Gazprom is unfounded, Slovak natural gas carrier Eustream states. „The operation of the measuring station is not laid down in the agreement, but in separate agreements which stipulate technical conditions for the transport. And these agreements are not the part of the transport agreement,“ a spokesman for Eustream, Vahram Chuguryan, informed.
