The Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic (UJD) did not order any restriction or shutdown of the nuclear unit last year.
Slovak nuclear power plants and facilities were operated safely and reliably also last year, the report of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority (UJD) stated following the audits. Following the evaluation, the regular confirmed that that nuclear power plants and facilities had been operated without any serious events which would lead to an order to reduce the performance or shut down a reactor, or halt the operation of nuclear power plants. “Last year, we did not restrict the scope or the validity of the permission, or halted the operation of any nuclear facility,“ UJD stated.
