The Regulatory Office for Network Industries states that a majority of green energy manufacturers have already fulfilled their duties this year. The Office is still completing and verifying data.

If green electricity producers want to claim the state support in a form of higher feed-in tariffs for electricity generated by them, inter alia, they must meet two statutory obligations. Until April 15, they are required to return the additional payment which they were not entitled to in the previous year. Until August 15, they also must notify the Regulatory Office for Network Industries (URSO) and distribution company which they belong to that they will apply for the subsidy also in the following calendar year and the estimated amount of electricity they plan to produce. The regulatory authority informs that a majority of manufacturers have already fulfilled their duties this year. It has not specified how many green energy producers have fulfilled or failed to fulfil their duties. URSO is still completing and verifying all data. The question is how green electricity producers fulfilled their statutory obligations towards distribution companies which have not yet processed data.
