Bulgarian company Bulgartransgaz and Eustream signed a memorandum of understanding to link the Balkan Gas Hub and the Eastring project.
The Eastring pipeline project by Slovak company Eustream has achieved another significant milestone. Slovakia agreed with Bulgaria to close cooperation in the preparation of the two gas projects. Bulgarian Bulgartransgaz and Slovak Eustream signed a memorandum of understanding to link the Balkan Gas Hub and the proposed Eastring project. „We agreed that the joint analysis and technical solutions of the project Balkan Gas Hub will be closely coordinated with Eastring project. I consider this as the confirmation of the strategic partnership of both companies when implementing these projects that boost the security of gas supplies in Central and Southeastern Europe,“ Eustream’s Director General, Rastislav Nukovic, said.
