The general meeting of Slovnaft decided on Wednesday to pay out dividends for more than 41 million euros.
The shareholders of the company Slovnaft can look forward to the dividend despite last year’s company’s loss. The ordinary general meeting decided on Wednesday about dividend payout from retained earnings from the previous years in the amount of 2 euros per share. In total, the company will pay 41.25 million euros to shareholders in dividends, informed the company. The shareholders at Wednesday’s general meeting also discussed Slovnaft’s annual report and approved the separate and consolidated financial statement for the year 2014. The loss for the year 2014 will be paid from the retained earnings from the previous years.
