Data provided by mobile operators also include the overall number of clients including SIM cards used in technological facilities, for operation of GSM gateways, mobile Internet services, telemetry, SIM cards for operation of e-toll system services, localization services of transporters, alarm systems, camera monitoring systems and other and so they cannot be used as the overall number of private individuals who are clients of mobile operators.
